My name is Marco and I live in Omaha Nebraska. Not a huge city, but also not so small, recently it’s been getting a lot of attention for its local eats. Most people would say that we’re known for our great cuts of steak, but there’s so much more than just that. From Korean BBQ wings to the Groque Garcon that made Alton Brown smile.
I recently got engaged and loved every second of it. She’s a wonderful talented florist and I work at a local tech company in accounting. I also have two wonderful dogs named, Oscar (Basset Hound) and Buster (Dachshund) I started this food blog to start a new hobby and expose my cooking skills to a new level.
I have always dreamed of opening a restaurant that highlighted authentic homemade Mexican food. I mean, we all know how much work it takes to open one so instead this gastronomic tale will have to do at the moment. Rest assured that it will be a fun, exciting, and flavorful trip for you and anyone else you might bring along on your culinary adventure.
